When can you expect your completed work?
Jobs are done based on the agreed time frame. We will send you a Proposal by fax or email describing your project in detail. CALL US TO DISCUSS YOUR PROJECT
How can I send my projects?
You can send your material by mail, e-mail or upload to the file transfer service we use. NEVER SEND ORIGINAL MATERIAL, ALWAYS SEND A COPY.

How is editing handled?
After you have proofread your documents, you may want to make changes, or you may have found errors that were overlooked. We will correct any errors made by the Boss’ Assistant and all of your changes at no additional charge. Afterwards, any additional changes will be charged at the original rate.
How are services paid for?
An invoice will accompany your completed work or it will follow within a few days. All invoices must be PAID WITHIN 30 DAYS by check payable to: The Boss’ Assistant P.O. Box 953171, Lake Mary Florida 32795
